Packaged single emitter diodes, including industry-standard c-mounts, based on Coherent's industry-leading semiconductor device technology. Standard options include 808nm devices at up to 7W from a 200μm emitter. Alternative wavelengths and customised packaging options can be developed to meet your unique requirements.
