Coherent DFG 9800/9850 Difference Frequency Generators

The DFG 9800/9850 are accessories for the OPA9800 and OPA9850 Optical Parametric Amplifiers. Both the 9800 DFG and the 9850 DFG extend the tuning of the OPA's into the mid-IR range. When combined with a Coherent Inc all-solid-state ultrafast system, consisting of the Verdi pump laser, Mira Optima 900 Ti:S oscillator, RegA regenerative amplifier, and OPA9800 or OPA9850, the DFG9800/9850 allows continuous tuning from 2.55m to >10m. This level of operation makes the DFG9800/9850 the industry's only high repetition rate source for ultrafast spectroscopy in the mid-IR range.
