Andor's iDus InGaAs family of array detector provide the most optimised platform for Spectroscopy applications in the nIR. The TE-cooled, in-vacuum sensors reach cooling temperatures of -90 °C where the best Signal-to-Noise ratio can be achieved. Indeed dark current will improve moderately below -90 °C where scene black body radiation
will dominate, while Quantum Efficiency of the sensor will be greatly impacted at these lower temperatures and lead to a lower Signal-to-Noise ratio.
Features:
0.8 to 2.2 µm OR 0.6 to 1.7 µm operating wavelength range
Peak QE of >70% (2.2 detector) or >85% (1.7 detector)
TE cooling to -90 °C
UltraVacTM permanent vacuum integrity
Single window design
25 µm x 25 µm pixels
Simple USB 2.0 connection
Software selectable output amplifiers
Minimum exposure time of 1.4 µs
