Spectroscopy InGaAs PDA

Andor's iDus InGaAs family of array detector provide the most optimised platform for Spectroscopy applications in the nIR. The TE-cooled, in-vacuum sensors reach cooling temperatures of -90 °C where the best Signal-to-Noise ratio can be achieved. Indeed dark current will improve moderately below -90 °C where scene black body radiation
will dominate, while Quantum Efficiency of the sensor will be greatly impacted at these lower temperatures and lead to a lower Signal-to-Noise ratio.

Features:

  • 0.8 to 2.2 µm OR 0.6 to 1.7 µm operating wavelength range

  • Peak QE of >70% (2.2 detector) or >85% (1.7 detector)

  • TE cooling to -90 °C

  • UltraVacTM permanent vacuum integrity

  • Single window design

  • 25 µm x 25 µm pixels

  • Simple USB 2.0 connection

  • Software selectable output amplifiers

  • Minimum exposure time of 1.4 µs
