The Axon series of femtosecond lasers are cost-effective ultrafast sources at discrete wavelengths, that enable a host of applications in imaging, life sciences, inspection, and nano-processing.

High reliability and common fit/form for all wavelengths simplify integration, with the added functionality of dispersion pre-compensation and optional fast power conrol. Free-space and fibre coupling options are also available, providing flexibility for a wide range of system configurations.

November 2025 - The Axon FP sets a new benchmark in femtosecond laser technology by moving beyond the traditional setup of separate controller, power supply, and optical head. Instead, it integrates all components and advanced features into a single, rack-mountable unit, dramatically simplifying optical integration for users. Available in 920 nm and 1064 nm configurations with identical form, fit and function, the Axon FP delivers 1W of average output power in high-quality femtosecond pulses.

The new Axon FL makes fibre coupling of femtosecond pulses easy and versatile. The Axon FL is a fibre-coupling module to facilitate the delivery of clean, high quality femtosecond pulses via a hollow-core fibre to Mini2P applications. Its uniqueness is versatility as it allows users the option of free space or fibre-coupled outputs. It comprises a base plate and fibre-coupling box with dowl pin locators on the Axon to ensure precise alignment is maintained with each reconfiguration. It is compatible with standard FC connectorised Mini2P fibre. The coupling efficiency can be adjusted by the user using the alignment mirrors and polariser, if needed. Download the datasheet.
