Single Quantum Excellence SNSPD

Single Quantum Eos is the flagship product of Single Quantum. It consists of a compact closed-cycle cryostat, a dedicated helium compressor, fibre-coupled SNSPDs (Supercondcuting nanowire single photon detector), a user-friendly electronic driver, and the Single Quantum software. Single Quantum provides the fastest and most sensitive single photon detectors on the market.

Single Quantum SNSPD system can be optimised for users’ needs to help them succeed in their top-notch experiments. The system is designed for applications in quantum information technology, quantum communication and quantum cryptography, infrared time-resolved spectroscopy, laser ranging, and remote sensing. Two systems are available:

Single Quantum Eos

Single Quantum Eos provide a comprehensive measurement solution, including:

• a 20-channel closed-cycle cryostat

• a dedicated electronic driver

• a helium compressor

• Three compressor options: attocube IGLU, Sumitomo F-20L and Sumitomo CNA-11.

Maintenance of the cold head and compressor is important! The cold head requires maintenance after 10,000 - 15,000 hours of operation and the compressor requires maintenance after every 30,000 hours of operation.

Single Quantum Eos R12

Single Quantum Eos R12 is our new compact, rack-mountable SNSPD system, featuring:

• Up to 12 detection channels

• Compact dimensions of 130 mm x 610 mm x 438 mm (H x D x W)

• 19" rack mountable (3U in height)

• NEW Integrated vacuum pump available now

Furthermore, the whole system including the driver and the compressor can be as compact as 11U, making it ideal for industrial applications such as quantum communication and cryptography.

Integrated Pump

The upgraded Single Quantum Eos R12 with integrated pump (below) delivers powerful new features in a compact, industrial-grade design without compromising on performance, featuring:

• Integrated vacuum pump with fully automatic cooldown

• Remote system control for enhanced convenience

• Clean, rack-mounted setup – the size of the R12, the driver, and the vacuum pump combined is now just 5U

• Includes Retina driver electronics + vacuum pump in a streamlined package

• Engineered for demanding environments, ideal for quantum communication

With over 50% space savings, the Eos R12 is now one of the most compact cryostats

Single Quantum Eos R48

Single Quantum Eos R48 is our new rack-mountable, multi-channel SNSPD system, featuring:

• Up to 48 detection channels

• 19” rack mountable (5U in height)

• Compact solution for multi-channeled SNSPD

Ideal for all applications that require large scale single photon detection, combining scalability, efficiency, and cutting-edge performance all in just 5U.
