Learn how Python can streamline and extend your DigitalMicrograph® workflows. In this webinar, we will demonstrate practical examples of Python scripting in DigitalMicrograph for data processing and organization. We will show how to download and customise example scripts from the Gatan website and run them using the free Python interpreter included with DigitalMicrograph. Attendees will also get a first look at Jupyter notebook workflows in the upcoming 3.63 release. Applications will range from live processing of in-situ video during acquisition to iterative multi-slice ptychographic reconstruction using open-source code.
