Nanoscale IR Spectroscopy Platform

Bruker has announced the release of the large-sample Dimension IconIR nanoscale infrared spectroscopy and chemical imaging system. It combines Bruker's industry-leading Dimension IconAFM and nanoIR photothermal AFM-IR technology to establish new standards in chemical and materials property mapping with sub-10nm chemical imaging resolution.

Incorporating Bruker’s exclusive PeakForce Tapping® mode, the new large-sample platform uniquely delivers the most complete correlative microscopy solution for quantitative nanochemical, nanomechanical, and nanoelectrical characterisation. Ultimately, IconIR provides radically more flexibility and applicability to enable groundbreaking research across a broad range of polymer, geoscience, semiconductor, and life science applications.

Please join us for the release Webinar on Tuesday 9 November Midnight AEDT to learn more (or click to view after the event) about this exciting new product release. Our special guest Prof. Alex Dazzi, University Paris-Saclay, France, for will introduce the IconIR, and demonstrate exciting new features and state-of-the-art capabilities. REGISTER.
