Bruker’s Dimension IconIR platform combines the Icon-the proven, top-performing, large-sample AFM with photothermal AFM-IR technology. This system affords researchers and industrial users the ability to interrogate samples from multiple angles, revealing, in addition to topography- mechanical and electrical properties, and now the chemical makeup of the sample. Dr. Chunzeng Li will present fresh data to showcase the IconIR’s unmatched spectral quality on the nanoscale, correlative property mapping, versatility, and the broad application base the IconIR provides. A video narrated by Dr. Cassandra Phillips will follow to provide a technical demonstration of the system in action.
Presenter Information: Dr. Chunzeng Li received his Ph. D. in physical chemistry from Xiamen University in 1993, conducted postdoctoral research in Peking University and Florida International University focused on nanotechnology. He joined Bruker in 2000 and has held various technical roles throughout Bruker; he is well-versed in AFM and NanoIR technologies and applications.
