Andor iDus InGaAs Spectroscopy Cameras
Andor’s iDus InGaAs family of array detector provide the most optimised platform for Spectroscopy applications in the nIR. The TE-cooled, in-vacuum sensors reach cooling temperatures of -90°C where the best Signal-to-Noise ratio can be achieved. Indeed dark current will improve moderately below -90°C where scene black body radiation
will dominate, while Quantum Efficiency of the sensor will be greatly impacted at these lower temperatures and lead to a lower Signal-to-Noise ratio.
Features:
- 0.8 to 2.2 µm OR 0.6 to 1.7 µm operating wavelength range
- Peak QE of >70% (2.2 detector) or >85% (1.7 detector)
- TE cooling to -90°C
- UltraVacTM permanent vacuum integrity
- Single window design
- 25 µm x 25 µm pixels
- Simple USB 2.0 connection
- Software selectable output amplifiers
- Minimum exposure time of 1.4 µs
